The MyLiftUp LED Face Mask is a complimentary physical gift included with every order. It ships separately from your digital product. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery times vary by region as shown below.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Please note that delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. MyLiftUp is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@myliftup.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
